I've created an Autumn themed card for my project! This is inspired by a card I found on page 51 of our Annual Inspirations book.

 

I colored the top of my pumpkin with yellow, then the bottom with orange. I let the strokes of each color overlap in the middle, then blended them smooth with the colorless blender pen. I love the 3D shaded effect it resulted in. It was so easy!

I created a two-page layout by combining the SOTM with the Yuletide Carol Paper Pack. The sketch layout I used was inspired by a challenge on Let's Scrap Sketches.

This stamp set worked perfectly to create a strand of dangling tags and ornaments! I added silver shimmer trim and the sqeuins from the workshop kit.

National Stamping Month "30 Years Of Happy" Blog Hop

My creation is a fancy folding card featuring a trio of stamps. The one inch squares that are revealed when the flap is folded back are a great way to showcase three stamps that support the theme your card is after. My card is a Thank You for photography!

The heart in the center of the camera is the right size for a standard office supply punch!

To bring more attention to the camera I punched the lense center out and mounted it to 3D foam tape, which made the camera look like it had a zoom lense.

Above is the inside of my card when it is folded open. Lots of writing space! The trio is stamped again on the inside of the tabs.

To create my card I used the following: Colonial White Cardstock, Scoring Board, Cocoa ink, Chalk it up patterned paper, and Lagoon ink.

I used this stamp set to create a 2 page scrapbook layout! I plan to use it for Family Photos we hope to get together and take soon with my Husband's side of the family.

The stamp "Family Is Forever" makes a great page title! I featured mine on a pennant shape.

"Sweet Moments" was a nice little detail to add to this sketch pattern, which I found in the Make It From Your Heart Volume 2, pattern #4 on page 12. I also used the heart stamp to create additional details that bring it all together and emphasize the LOVE of Family.

Page 88 of the New book got my attention right away!

This layout uses the NEW paper pack called "Confetti Wishes"! Here is my take on the layout using the Confetti Wishes Complements Sticker Sheet to build the cake and other accents.

I noticed that the pennant shapes were tappered at the end and not just straight across. Plus the idea of layering them at a different angle was nice. I also added a NEW White Enamel Star!

I created a 2 page scrapbook layout with my stamp set! I'm playing up the Owl because my son will be dressed as an owl for this Halloween, his first!

Ariana Scrapbook Workshop On The Go and Complements

I held an Ariana Scrapbook Workshop at my house yesterday! It was so much fun! We got 4 different 2 page layouts finished using the Ariana Workshop On The Go Kit. Here is what we worked on.

Layout #1 was scrap-lifted (with permission) from my friend Casandra Bennett! I changed it just a little to use the Ariana Complements. Casandra does amazing artwork! You must follow her blog. scrappinbliss, to see what she makes. She has won many blog challenges and artwork mentions out there in the blog-o-sphere. Thank you Casandra for inspiring me and letting me use your beautiful design in my class and for my daughters 6th birthday!

We used the Marquee Alphabet to create the "Celebrate" title! Tip: When stamping your letters don't forget you need THREE "E"s! :)

Layout #2 is pretty and blue! I used pattern #06 from Make It From Your Heart Volume 1.

Added some stamping with the sentiments from the kit's exclusive stamp set and a Dimensional Element journal piece. Oh, and some cute epoxy bubbles!

Layout #3 also uses Make It From Your Heart Volume 1, but is pattern #03. This was a fun one! I changed it a little by tilting the photo mats on the RH page.

I loved this stamp from the kit! I scattered some epoxy bubbles near it using the tip to think of triangles when placing sparkles.

Layout #4 is pattern #05 from MIFYH V1. A quick and easy pattern to work with! Just use your squares to measure spacing when placing on your base.

I made my camera lense look "glassy" using my liquid glass! Just make sure you let it dry overnight! I love how the black epoxy bubbles look against the dark Ariana Grey Cardstock!

Ivy Lane, Layout #3

Ivy Lane scrapbook layout #4!

I found sketch inspiration from Let's Scrap. They have a few fun sketch challenges posted in honor of National Scrapbooking Day! (NSD 2014) This is sketch 5-3-14. When I created my layout I mirrored this sketch to make my 2nd page. It worked beautifully for this kit.

The sketch suggested a pennant shape... The Ivy Lane Scrapbooking kit just so happened to have exactly that! (I LOVE when things fall into place!)

The extra zip strip sentiments were perfect for my layout!
