I recognized right away that I could interpret the cloud background with one of the patterns from the new Dotty for you paper pack that I have from Close to my Heart! One of the patterns is a teal sky with cute clouds and hearts!
I love this paper for the background! I also found ticket stamps in my collection, a piece of ribbon that has stitching on it to mimic that from around the clouds, a bird and a sentiment to follow the sketch almost literally!
