Superhero Preview: Layout #4!
This is layout #4 that I created with my Superhero kit from Close to my Heart. (CTMH) I based it from the sketch pattern titled "Spellbound" from page 50 of the How-to Book, "Magic". This has been my favorite how-to book, I use it all of the time!
The little badge that reads "Vroom!" was perfect to pair up with this photo of my God-Son driving the little foot car in our living room! I set mine on the corner of the photo for extra emphasis, but any of the badges from the kit could be placed anywhere on this layout and still work.
I created this title with my new Cocktail Alphabet set! It has uppercase and lowercase letters. I tihnk it is really handsome for a boy page, but still cute enough for a girl page. I added the white chipboard stars and left them just the way they came in the kit. I really like how the white looks against the sky blue.
If you are able to attend the workshop I will have a table set up for you to create custom titles with my alphabet stamp sets and cricut. This is a great resource to take advantage of if you are able to plan the photos and theme for the page ahead of time.

-Superhero Kit
-2 Daisy White Cardstock Bases
-Cocktail Alphabet for title
-Pacifica Ink Pad
-White Chipboard stars
-Magic How-to Book: Pattern on page 50, "Spellbound"

Superhero Preview: Layout #2! Comic Strip!
The fun continues with Close to my Heart's Superhero kit! My goal with this layout was to embrace the comic strip look.
I really like that I was able to fit so many photos onto this layout! Nine photos is pretty good! I saw this layout in the idea book, it was shown as a Studio J layout using the Flourentine kit. It is called "Treasure Tags" and is from the how to book titled Cherish.
The four 2x2 photos will be tucked into the "comic strip" we create across the top and the bottom of the layout. This is great for the photos you have that don't fill the entire 4x6 print, just crop them down and they will be perfect for this.
The badge assortment that comes with this kit is really fun to use! When my layout was complete I just selected a few to place as accents. They really gave it a finished and professional look. They are very easy to use too- just peel and stick!
It might appear as if I planned this layout around this picture... but, it was just one of those things that feel into place! This shirt was a hand me down that my son loves. We took these pictures about a year before this paper pack came out! I really love when things seem "meant to be". This picture was destined for this paper pack! :)
